Room 1's Birthdays

In Room 1 we made a birthday graph of room 1’s birthdays. February, June, September and April have the same amount so they have two of each month, But  only one person celebrates march. October, November And December Have zero people who celebrate in those months. May has 4 people who celebrate this month. It is the same as July. January has three birthdays celebrated.

Hi my name is Lyrissa. I’m a student at Christ the King School. I like to do Art
and P.E. I also have two younger sisters and three brothers. My youngest sister’s

Lynetta and Lysarra. My brother’s names  are Carvin and Ken.
I have only one older brother. I am proud to be Samoan. I like to watch funny
movies. I really like doing P.E at school and I enjoy working on Maths problems.
I am really good at listening to instructions and helping others when in need.
I enjoy doing Art with patterns. I also enjoy it when we start to paint.
My challenge this year is ensuring that my sentences make sense.
I’m looking forward in learning new information in every subject.
I want to make new friends and share some learning on my blog this year.
My personal achievement is being able to finish work within the set time.

Places that give me Joy

These are the places that give me joy.  We have been creating these special effects pictures for 2 weeks. Mrs VK and Miss Paton took pictures of us taking posing, it was fun. We were removing our back rounds using remove.bg. I hope you enjoy my slideshow of places that give me joy.

In R.E. we are learning about God and God's creation. Pope Francis calls us to take care for  God's creation. Here is my one rule for the world so we can care for creation.
